DAVE SHULTZ

Founder

Dave is a natural problem solver. Where others have tried and failed, he has always had the innate ability to see a problem and fix it. He graduated summa cum laude and first in his class with a degree in Electronic Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

From 2002 to 2016, Dave worked in a leadership position with General Electric Corporation managing construction, justifying capital investments, leading a team of 300+ field service and in-house repair globally dispensed employees, developing and deploying process improvements, and influencing culture in support of a customer service mindset. He has proven himself to be a successful global engineering leader, product cost leader, and global sustaining leader, with responsibilities that expanded from single site to international.

Always, Dave has maintained a passion for golf. But, he realized his game had diminished due to a lack of interesting options that could meet his schedule and timing needs. He was not alone. The existing options for indoor golf are sub-par. Thus was born REALiTEE.
He invites you to master the experience.
